David Cordoba is a beverage consultant working across bar concepts, cocktail programs, service standards, training, beverage strategy, and creative direction for luxury hospitality and premium drinks brands. His work is shaped by more than 30 years in beverage, including six years as Global Brand Ambassador for Bacardi, involvement in the development of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, and recognition as a Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards finalist.
Born in Buenos Aires, David works internationally with hotels, hospitality groups, restaurants, and drinks brands that need beverage programs with identity, structure, and purpose. He is also the founder of MRD Spirits, an independent rum company built from a bartender's point of view.
