A year-long engagement across five outlets at The Oberoi New Delhi. Distinct signature menus per venue, anchored to a Delhi heritage narrative, with consistent technique and brand language across the group.

Outcome
Dhilli launched June 2024. Cirrus 9 relaunched November 2024 with new menu, bar, and team protocols.
Sushi Samba Dubai

Sushi Samba Dubai

A new Sushi Samba opening needed a signature cocktail program that lived up to the venue and held up at high volume from day one. Designed around a bespoke 3D-printed vessel collection with a sharing line for table service.

An established bar program needed a precision audit to bring quality and consistency back in line with brand standards. Four-day intensive consulting visit, hands-on with the team, plus a structured remediation plan.
